What we collect
The free reading needs only your date of birth — we don't ask for your name or email. For an order or a request, we collect your name, date of birth, dominant hand, email, the reading you chose, and your answers to a few questions about your request. No accounts and no advertising trackers; to understand how the site is used, we look at anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics. The site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE: it remembers your chosen language for a year and appears only if you switch languages.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use order details to calculate and deliver your reading, email it to you, and reply when you get in touch. The legal basis is performing the contract you enter into when you order, or steps you ask us to take before it — such as a request while payment isn't open yet (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Anonymous statistics help us improve the site — that is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If we ever need your consent for anything else, we'll ask for it separately, and you can withdraw it at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
The “Your request” field
When ordering, you answer a few questions about your request — only the first is required. Your answers are printed in your PDF reading and visible to Mila; in personal work she answers them personally. If your answers include health details, we process them only with your explicit consent, which you give when ordering (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). Share only what you're comfortable sharing.
Who processes it
Only the services the site can't run without, and only as far as their service requires. Stripe — payments (Ireland and the US); only Stripe sees your bank card details, they never reach us. Vercel — website hosting (server functions run in the EU, in Frankfurt; the company is based in the US). Neon — the order database (data stored in the EU, in Frankfurt; the company is based in the US). Resend — email delivery (US). Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights — anonymous, cookie-free statistics on visits and site speed.
Transfers outside the EU
Stripe, Vercel, Neon, and Resend are US companies, so some data may be transferred to the US. Such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Request and order details and the readings themselves are kept so we can re-send your PDF and handle support requests. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Ask us and we'll delete everything except the data the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format (portability), and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you've given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to chakralogia888@gmail.com and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in the country where you live or work, or where you believe your rights were infringed.
Data controller
Chakralogia. Operator details (legal entity and address) are being finalized and will be listed here; until then, send privacy requests to chakralogia888@gmail.com.
